Getting your order to you
Clear delivery expectations, careful packing, and practical help when an order is delayed.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier serviceability.
During launches, public holidays, severe weather, or high-volume sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We will use your registered email and phone number for important order updates.
Your order status is available from the Orders page after signing in. Courier tracking details are shared when the parcel is dispatched.
If the shipping address or phone number is incorrect, contact support@modastitch.com or +91 83031 65648 immediately. We can change details only before the parcel is handed to the courier.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, first check with family, building security, reception, or neighbours. Then contact us within 48 hours with your order number.
Do not accept a parcel that is visibly open, badly damaged, or tampered with. Take clear photos or a short video and contact support so we can raise the issue with the courier.
