Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider. ModaStitch should not store complete card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Information is used to create accounts, process and deliver orders, send transactional updates, prevent abuse, manage returns, answer support requests, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Marketing communication should be sent only where permitted. You may opt out of promotional email while still receiving essential order and account messages.
Necessary information may be shared with payment providers, couriers, email services, hosting providers, and professional advisers strictly for store operations. We do not sell customer personal data.
To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, email support@modastitch.com. Some order records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal requirements.
