If a piece is not right, contact us promptly and keep it in its original condition.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from marks or fragrance, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
For hygiene and customization reasons, innerwear, altered items, gift cards, and products marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Wait for return approval and packing instructions before sending anything. Unapproved parcels may be delayed or returned to the sender.
Approved refunds are initiated after the returned item passes inspection. Bank and card processing times vary, but the amount usually appears within 5–10 working days after approval.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will offer a refund or another suitable resolution. Original and return shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
